I've tried this program a few times now. First time was last year and I got through 4 weeks before getting sick and then not coming back to the workout. Last month, I took another stab at this and only made it through 2 weeks before I kept forgetting to do my pushups. I'm planning to modify this into a longer program since it seems a bit drastic to be able to leap right into 100 pushups at the end of 6 weeks. The first time, I had finished 4 weeks and my exhaustion test at the end of that was 40 pushups and that was with really really trying.

So...this time I'm going to do week 1 as written and then do the subsequent weeks twice before continuing. I'm feeling strong. We'll see how it goes. I just did an initial test and could do 40 pushups in a row (though the last 10 were a struggle).

Do other people modify this? Has anyone here managed to complete the 100 pushups following this plan?
